In order to revitalize the Okuma St. shopping district aiming at the revitalization of the student city, this is a multipurpose building that includes a store with the ability to attract customers, apartments exclusive for Waseda students, and affiliated companies of Waseda University. The first floor is a shop, the second to fourth floors are offices, and the fifth to tenth floors are 72 apartments exclusive for Waseda University female students.

It is a four-story building. Floors 1, 3, and 4 accommodate university-related facilities. Nursery facilities function on the 2nd floor. It is an academic and lively building.

It is one of the few complex buildings in the whole country consisting of educational research facilities of the university and commercial facilities such as sports clubs, supermarkets, fast food shops, convenience stores, and dental clinics.
It is useful not only as a facility at the university but also for revitalizing the area around the station.
